Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga allows one to let go of the stresses of daily life. This practice is a form of deep rest and a great remedy for mental tension and pressure.

Bolsters, blankets and eye coverings are props provided to support the body in positions of comfort and ease. This support creates a release of muscular tension. The brain becomes quiet, giving the message that it is safe to let go. Without effort, one is guided through simple centering breath and meditative exercises to further induce a peaceful, relaxed state.

Child-Centered Therapy/ Centeredness for Children

During this experience, parents will have a chance to reflect and explore thoughts and feelings that come up in parenting their young child. At times, all parents feel lost of without a clue about what their child might need from them. Imagine what it might feel like if parents were able to make sense of what their child was really asking from them. The Circle of Security Parenting program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened. This interactive experience will share a snippet of the COS-P program to help parents in the journey of parenthood.
